The scrupulous organic method applied to our vineyards, along with an attentive grape, must and wine handling are indeed representative of the passionate work leading to each of bottles we obtain.
The final result is a limited production with unique flavours and the true aroma of our land. The gentle slopes, the great exposure to sunshine and the fertile soil of La Pistona "terroir" produce grapes that are harvested and processed according to traditional methods: case picking of only the best bunches, gravity grape separation, manual must pumpover and pigeage, so to make wine just like in the past, with love and care for grapes.
Sangiovese, Trebbiano della Fiamma and other indigenous vine varieties are undoubtedly typical of our hills and receive diverse wine making processes.
